Nuflower Foods and Nutrition is a leading Lipid-based Nutrient Supplement (RUTF & RUSF) manufacturer in India. Nuflower manufactures therapeutic energy intensive WHO-recommended nutritional pastes for severe and moderately malnourished children across countries.
Nuflower has a UNICEF-GMP certified manufacturing facility and has catered to public health organisations, devoted to eradicating malnutrition, across the globe. In 2020, we decided to expand into Nut Spread division.

Education qualification: PG/ Diploma in Microbiology

Job Responsibilities:

- To monitor, conduct & analyse and control microbiological parameters & maintain its records.
- Testing of Mycotoxins i.e. Aflatoxin Total &. Aflatoxin M1 in raw materials & maintaining its records.
- To monitor Air and EMP
- Controlling the testing records of control samples as per requirements.
- Sampling of Raw Materials, packaging materials and finish goods as per sampling plan.
- Monitoring the equipment hygiene, personnel hygiene as per procedure.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
