**Job Overview**:

- The primary responsibility of this position is to drive sales and generate revenue by managing existing customer relationship, acquiring new clients, and handling field sales executives across North America
Roles And Responsibilities
- The ISAM will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers and driving business in assigned territories of the US/Canada market across various industries with strong sales strategies.
- Hands-on with research. Research on customers’ needs and interests, demographics & related product and service demands, market trends, and other data. Create strategies to expand business development activities and present Clean Harbor as a service and solution provider for all their business needs.
- Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key decision-makers in small, medium, & large companies and the ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business and retention for Clean Harbors and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and follow up towards closure. Preparing reports on interactions, sales activities, and other tasks assigned by the sales manager or supervisor. Partner with other team members to create outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) software to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities. Manage customer accounts (updating information, maintaining, and upkeeping all data related to customer accounts).
- Overall, 6 months to 2+ years of experience with strong handling of B2B & B2C outbound sales.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to be both persuasive and influential.
- Proficient in English communication skills (Neutral)
- Should have great relationship-building skills and customer orientation to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Prior knowledge of waste management and environmental science will be a plus (Not Mandatory)
