**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Cook Dishes**:

- Prepare, marinate, and cook a variety of tandoori kebabs, such as chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, and paneer tikka.
- Cook a wide range of Indian curries, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring authenticity and quality.
- Utilize traditional Indian cooking techniques and equipment, such as tandoor ovens and spice grinders.
- **Ingredient Management**:

- Select, measure, and combine ingredients according to recipes and personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients, including spices, meats, vegetables, and dairy products.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor food stock and report inventory levels to the kitchen manager or head chef.
- **Menu Development**:

- Assist in developing and refining menu items, offering suggestions for new dishes or improvements to existing ones.
- Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu where appropriate.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented attractively.
- Accommodate special dietary requests and preferences as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cook specializing in Indian cuisine, particularly tandoori kebabs and curries.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian

Pay: ₹13,474.95 - ₹25,530.75 per month
