**Introduction**
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you are the face of IBM for our customers. Your clients' success depends on your ability to understand their needs and respond to requests for new services. **Your Role and Responsibilities**
As security Analyst, you are responsible for handling day to day operations of Security Device

Management. You will responsible for providing network service request engineering support

for Web Content Filtering/Proxy and Threat/Malware infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates WAF rules/signatures to mitigate threats and implements best practices
- Monitor and analyse activity logs to detect malicious internet traffic and indicators of compromise as well as to reduce false positive blocks
- Review WAF usage and define means to improve and mature protection policies
- Interpret web protocol information to determine the source, intent, and risk of threat agents
- Create and maintain technical documentation regarding the WAF infrastructure including network diagrams, policies and operational procedures for managing the infrastructure
- Review vulnerability scan output and assess where WAF configuration can be used to mitigate attacks

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience of at least 1 to 4 years of knowledge on WAF & Lod balancers.
- GSLB (Global server Load balancing) & Link load balancer knowledge would be an added Plus.
- Working knowledge on products like Radware, F5, Imperva, barracuda WAF can be considered.
- Idea of OWASP top 10 should be added advantage.
- Should have knowledge of WAF monitoring and daily operational activities.
- Should be ready to work in 24/& shifts.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- One or more security certifications: CEH, Security+, GSEC, GCIH, etc
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
