**Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Mutual Funds)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our mutual fund distribution office.
- As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining mutual fund investment opportunities and persuading them to invest in mutual fund products.
- In addition to this there are two secondary products as well - which are Loans against Mutual Funds and General Insurance (Motor insurance & Mediclaim)

The goal will be to drive sales, build strong customer relationships and contribute to the overall growth of our mutual fund business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our mutual fund products and services and also to the other two products.

2. Product Knowledge: Possess fair knowledge of mutual funds (while knowledge of market trends and investment strategies will be an added skill) to effectively communicate the benefits of investing in mutual funds and also knowledge of the other two products.

3. Customer Engagement: Engage with clients professionally and courteously, addressing their queries and concerns about mutual fund investments and for other two products.

5. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships, provide additional information and encourage investment/cross-sales decisions.

6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges faced and strategies employed to achieve Sales.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during sales interactions and transactions.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client KYC, interactions & transactions in files and keep doing necessary regular follow-ups in the tracker/CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, financial markets and investment strategies.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales numbers.
- Possessing basic computer knowledge and should be able to comprehend MF-related software/ERP
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- should be located in the vicinity of our office _i.e._ NSP Pitampura.

**Education and Certification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in financial planning or mutual fund advisory will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,111.91 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
