**Role & responsibilities**
- Assemble electronic instruments according to engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly procedures. Conduct functional tests to ensure proper operation and performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot electronic issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other testing equipment. Diagnose faults in circuits, components, and subsystems.
- Perform repairs and component-level troubleshooting to rectify faults in electronic instruments. Replace defective parts and calibrate instruments to restore functionality.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of electronic instruments by adhering to quality standards and testing procedures. Conduct inspections and document test results accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of assembly, testing, repairs, and maintenance activities. Document procedures, test results, and technical specifications as per company guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineers, production staff, and other team members to resolve technical issues, improve product designs, and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with electronic components and testing equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in soldering techniques, including through-hole soldering, surface mount technology (SMT) soldering, and rework/reflow soldering.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small electronic components and perform intricate soldering tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of soldering work.
- Knowledge of different soldering materials, fluxes, and solders, and their appropriate usage.
- Familiarity with soldering equipment, tools, and accessories, and the ability to operate and maintain them effectively.
- Sound understanding of electronic components and their functions.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve soldering-related issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback on soldering processes.
- Time management skills to meet production deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Coherence in working with pick and place machine

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
