Duties and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential students to promote the university's programs and encourage them to enroll
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about the university and its programs
- Follow up with potential students who have shown interest in the university's programs
- Meet enrollment targets and contribute to the university's overall enrollment goals
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and student interactions
- Stay up-to-date on the university's programs and any changes to admission requirements or processes
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or telecaller, preferably in a higher education or admissions setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential students
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet enrollment targets
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and databases
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Fluency in English and any other languages spoken by the target student population would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
