**Role and Responsibilities**:As a Fashion Designer at Nikunjeshwari, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the divine vision to life by creating unique and elegant designs that encapsulate the essence of the brand. You will collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals and contribute to the continued success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design Deities Designers outfits that reflect the brand's values of comfort, luxury, and effortless elegance, while respecting the divine inspiration behind the designs.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the latest fashion trends, materials, and techniques, and incorporate them into innovative designs.
- Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software to visualize concepts and present them effectively to the team.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that the designed outfits are manufacturable and align with the company's quality standards.
- Participate in fabric selection, color palette development, and embellishment choices to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the designs.
- Stay updated with the evolving preferences of the target audience and adapt designs accordingly, maintaining a balance between tradition and contemporary fashion.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide design insights and contribute to the creation of captivating marketing materials.
- Participate in fittings and adjustments, ensuring that the final product aligns with the initial design vision and offers unmatched comfort and elegance.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of Nikunjeshwari's product portfolio by exploring new design segments and suggesting innovative ideas.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, upholding the brand's commitment to unparalleled quality and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, management, and production, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a luxury fashion or couture setting.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, materials, garment construction, and embellishments.
- Creative flair and an ability to conceptualize unique designs that resonate with the brand's divine inspiration.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the brand's quality standards.
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are both innovative and manufacturable.
