As an Investment Scout and Business Banker, your primary responsibility will be to actively hunt for and scout potential investors while fostering strategic relationships to attract external funding for the company. This role requires a combination of financial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Hunting and Scouting:
Identify and research potential investors in alignment with the company's industry, goals, and growth strategy. Stay abreast of market trends, investment patterns, and emerging opportunities to pinpoint suitable investment prospects.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and other potential investors. Establish a rapport with key decision-makers and influencers within the investment community.

Pitching and Presenting:
Develop compelling investment pitches and presentations tailored to different investor profiles, showcasing the company's value proposition, growth potential, and financial outlook. Conduct engaging meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure investment commitments.

Due Diligence:
Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary information for due diligence processes. Facilitate communication and coordination between investors and relevant company departments to ensure transparency and clarity.

Strategic Planning:
Work closely with the executive team to develop and refine the company's investment strategy. Provide insights and recommendations on potential investment avenues and strategic partnerships.

Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape. Leverage market intelligence to position the company attractively to potential investors.

Contract Negotiation:
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate investment terms, contracts, and agreements. Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in the investment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in investment scouting, or a similar role.
- Strong financial analysis skills and a comprehensive understanding of investment principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and relationship-building expertise.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.

This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for opportunities, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to articulate the company's value proposition effectively to potential investors.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
