**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Tracking relevant tenders through various sources such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data, etc., which are needed for submission.
- Filling tenders accurately and submitting them on time.
- Knowledge of the complete tendering and procurement process.
- Hands-on experience in vendor registration, E-Procure, GeM, Government portals, PSUs, etc.
- Studying Tender documents and Technical Specification as per Tender Scope
- Keep all relevant documentation always ready and current to avoid delays in tender preparation.
- Bidding tenders, competitor analyses, ensuring adequate business, sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender papers and checking the eligibility criteria.
- Filling tenders and evaluating & understanding the eligibility criteria of the tender, understanding the targets, and shortlisting the tender accordingly.
- May have to visit different offices and gather pieces of information related to the tender.
- Follow-ups, attending and coordinating pre-bid meetings, and commercial and technical negotiations.
- Preparing documentation of meetings.
- Experienced in preparing quotations and submitting through portals online and submitting personally in the offline process.
- Checking and uploading documents required for tender.
