Jr. Technician

_To assist oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department._
- _Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed._
- _Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary._
- _Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)_
- _Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol._
- _Perform other maintenance duties as requested_
- **Qualification & Experience**:_
- _Diploma or equivalent degree from a vocational school with minimum 1 years of Experience in the same role._
- _Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry. experience is a plus._
- _Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly._
- _Problem-solving aptitude._
- _Hotel experience will be considered as an advantage_.
