**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor to support decision-making processes across various business domains.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented rules.
- Optimize rule execution performance and troubleshoot any issues or defects that arise during development and testing phases.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on best practices for implementing business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and features in FICO Blaze Advisor and other relevant technologies to continually improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with FICO Blaze Advisor in a development capacity.
- Strong understanding of rule-based decision management systems and business rules modeling.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and experience with object-oriented design and development principles.
- Hands-on experience with rule authoring, testing, and deployment using FICO Blaze Advisor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in FICO Blaze Advisor is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,356.67 - ₹48,077.91 per month
