**Neotech** is a premier **BIM coordination** and **drafting services** group with over 14 years of experience in the industry. We are seeking a full-time Drafter/ BIM Modeler to join our team in _Chandannagar, Hooghly_.

In this role, you will be drafting systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. This position does not require travel.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Able to Create Coordinated Model for HVAC System
- Create Detail Drawings, Equipment Schedule
- Able to Create Material List
- Able to Produce Spool Drawings
- Create Floor and Wall Sleeve\Cut out Drawings.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD, Fabrication CAD, Revit required.
- Diploma/B-Tech

**Preferences**:

- Construction knowledge (a plus)
