Hpdc Operator

**1. Machine Operation**:

- Operate and monitor HPDC machines to ensure smooth production.
- Set up machines according to specifications, including mold installation and parameter settings.
- Conduct regular quality checks of casted parts to identify defects.

**2. Quality Control**:

- Inspect components for dimensions, appearance, and functionality against specifications.
- Address any quality issues promptly and escalate unresolved concerns to supervisors.
- Record and maintain quality inspection reports.

**3. Maintenance**:

- Perform routine checks on machines and molds to ensure functionality.
- Identify and report mechanical or operational issues to the maintenance team.
- Clean machines and surrounding areas after operations.

**4. Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- Participate in safety training sessions.

**5. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Record production data, downtime, and reasons for delays accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
