- We require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in General Accounting._
- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include:_
- _Invoice processing, working on tickets workflow systems and ERP_
- _Handling Incomings payment details and preparing outgoing payments_
- _Monthly IC reconciliations_
- _Reclassification and revaluation_
- _Preparing vendor reconciliation on monthly basis_
- _Month end and year end close_
- _Handling shared mailbox_
- _Handling SOX audits_
- _Preparation and posting of journal entries_
- _Maintain the general ledger of accounts receivable and payable_
- _Prepare month end schedules (i.e., aged AP, aged AR, accrued revenue, other liabilities, other assets, etc.) for SOX compliance and management purposes_
- _Ensure the delivery of activities performed within agreed client SLAs (TAT & Accuracy)_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _B. Com_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Meaningful Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_
- _Good Written/Verbal Communication_
- _MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros_
- _IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office_
- _Partner Management experience_
- _Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge_
