Robotics Trainer

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging robotics and coding curriculums for K-12 students. You will lead teachers and students through hands-on activities, fostering a passion for STEM and preparing them for the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering engaging and effective robotics and coding training to K-12 students.
- Design and develop age-appropriate robotics and coding curriculum aligned with national education standards and UWR's educational goals.
- Utilize creative and engaging teaching methods to deliver the curriculum effectively in K-12 classrooms.
- Lead hands-on activities that involve robot assembly, programming, and problem-solving.
- Train and support school teachers on robotics and coding principles.
- Maintain and update robotics equipment and software.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote learning.
- Collaborate with the UWR team to develop and implement new STEM initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Knowledge of coding languages in different programming languages like Python, Java, Scratch, etc.
- Experience working with robotics peripherals like Arduino, Raspberry Pi and other hardwares
- In-depth understanding of core STEM education principles and experiential learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to connect with students and teachers effectively.
- Ability to multitask, collaborate as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Work Timings: 6 day work week | 10am to 7pm IST
