Personal Secretary

We're looking for a highly motivated Personal Secretary to provide exceptional administrative support to our managers. You'll play a key role in ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing them to focus on core business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Schedule Management**: Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- **Documentation and Presentations**: Prepare presentations, reports, and letters according to the Manager's instructions.
- **Travel Coordination**: Research and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- **Project and Task Support**: Assist with various projects as needed, including research, data entry, and compiling information.
- **Office Organization**: Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and ensure a professional work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
