- Manage executives calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain filling systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Support with personal tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing errands.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
