IT Technician

Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues to internal employees on remote access and on-site as well.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Conducting daily backup to clouds and on VPS.
- Managing daily reports of working hours, breaks, operational time, performance, attendance for the specific department for the operations team and reporting to the management.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Should be experienced in computer networks, system maintenance, basic softwares, outlook, MS office.
- Should have a knowledge of windows and linux configuration and management.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
