JOB Title: Sales and Media Relations Executive

Location

Malad, Mumbai

Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:
5 days a week

Compensation: INR 4-5 lakhs CTC per annum (60:40 fixed to variable ratio)

Experience Required: 1-4 years

**Responsibilities**:
Sales
- Develop new Enterprise sales opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects for continuous engagement.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations, workshops, and prepare tailored proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the sales pipeline and strategies.
- Understand and respond to customer needs and requirements, providing insightful feedback to internal teams.
- Create high-quality sales materials, including presentations and call scripts.
- Conduct effective online product demos and pitches to prospects.
- Assist in closing sales deals and achieving quarterly sales quotas.
- Record and profile prospect interactions as required.
- Meet or exceed set monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Media Relations and Content Management
- Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage.
- Develop and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials.
- Oversee and create content for various communication channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, adjusting strategies to leverage best practices in public relations and content marketing.
- Generate reports and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and content marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated experience in media relations or public relations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to craft engaging content across different platforms.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas and manage sales accounts effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends and campaign effectiveness.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
