Office Coordinator(Male)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of various projects, events, or initiatives within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Coordinator will collaborate with team members to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and execute tasks related to specific projects, events, or programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project details, updates, and inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events; prepare agendas and materials as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities, expenses, and outcomes.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, travel arrangements, and equipment procurement.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and progress.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues; propose solutions and adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support the evaluation of project performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide administrative support to project leads or managers as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Experience in event planning or project management is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
