We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior SEO Analyst & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: SEO Analyst & Digital Marketing Specialist : Minimum 6 years

Responsibilities as a SEO:

- **Keyword Research and Analysis**: Identifying relevant keywords and phrases that potential customers are likely to use in search engines.
- **On-Page SEO Optimization**: Optimizing website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- **Off-Page SEO Optimization**: Building backlinks through various strategies such as guest blogging, influencer outreach, and directory submissions to improve website authority and search engine rankings.
- **Technical SEO Audit**: Conducting audits to identify technical issues that may affect website performance in search engines, such as crawlability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- **Content Strategy Development**: Creating and implementing content strategies to attract and engage target audiences, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic through platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitoring website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software. Generating regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Analyzing user behavior on the website to identify conversion bottlenecks and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates, such as A/B testing, landing page optimization, and call-to-action (CTA) optimization.
- **Local SEO**: Optimizing website and online profiles for local search to improve visibility in local search results and attract customers in specific geographic areas.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain competitive advantage.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with other teams such as content creators, web developers, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to spearhead the digital marketing efforts of the company. Here's a breakdown of key responsibilities:

- **Developing Digital Marketing Strategies**: Formulating comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the company's goals, target audience, and market trends. This involves analyzing market data, competitor insights, and consumer behavior to create effective plans.
- **Managing Online Advertising Campaigns in Google Ads**: Planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns through Google Ads. This includes keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance monitoring to maximize ROI and reach target audiences effectively.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Crafting and implementing social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. This involves creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, interacting with followers, and analyzing metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- **Remarketing with Google Tag Manager & Facebook Pixel**: Setting up and managing remarketing campaigns using Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel. This involves tracking user interactions on the website, segmenting audiences based on their behavior, and retargeting them with personalized ads to drive conversions.
- **Content Marketing**: Developing and executing content marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain target audiences. This includes creating various types of content such as blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and eBooks, and distributing them through appropriate channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
