Position 1: Intern in the Executive Director's Office

Role Description:

6. Just generally being there to lend a hand to the Executive Director and their team when needed.

3. Your communication skills are top-notch, both in writing and speaking.

4. You can handle office software like a champ (think Microsoft Office Suite).

5. You've got a keen eye for detail and can work independently.

Position 2: Intern in the Academics Department

Role Description:
As an intern in the Academics Department, you'll dive into the exciting world of educational administration. You'll help the department with their awesome initiatives and gain hands-on experience. Check out what you'll be doing:
1. Helping out with curriculum development and making sure everything's up to snuff.

2. Researching all the cool educational trends, best practices, and ways to improve programs.

3. Keeping educational resources in tip-top shape, from textbooks to online platforms.

4. Being part of meetings and getting involved in agenda prep and note-taking.

5. Making sure academic policies and procedures are followed to a T.

6. Collaborating with teachers and administrators on different academic projects.

**Requirements**:
1. You're currently studying education, instructional design, or something related.

2. You know your way around educational theories and practices.

Position 3: Intern in the Internal Quality Assurance Centre

Role Description:
As an intern in the Internal Quality Assurance Centre, you'll be part of the team that ensures everything is top-notch and up to snuff. You'll help monitor and improve internal processes and quality standards. Here's the lowdown:
1. Assisting in creating and following quality assurance frameworks and procedures.

2. Digging into audits and assessments to make sure we're meeting those quality standards.

3. Crunching data and creating reports on how we're doing with quality and performance.

4. Putting on your problem-solving hat and suggesting ways we can improve.

5. Helping train and develop staff on quality assurance processes.

6. Working together with different departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. You're studying quality management, business administration, or something similar.

2. You know your stuff when it comes to quality assurance concepts and methods.

3. You can analyze like a pro and solve problems like a champ.

4. Data analysis tools and software are your trusty sidekicks.

5. You communicate like a boss, both in writing and talking.
