The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
- Design and create an overall look and feel for online and offline marketing.
- Understand creative briefs, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas.
- Brainstorming with the design team to come up with image ideas.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Create designs in line with design and communication objectives
- Creating complete illustrations by combining hand-drawn and digitally created images.
- Preparing and designing rough draft illustrations according to storyboard.
- Visualize look and feel for projects in line with the brief and as per brand guidelines..
- Work as part of a team with instructional designers, copywriters, motion graphic artists, animators, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Proven graphic designing experience.
- Portfolio of completed Illustrations.
- Prior work experience as an Illustrator, graphic designer, or similar.
- Drawing, painting, and digital drawing skills.
- Knowledge of image editing and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong conceptual and artistic skills.
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
- Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions

**Requirements and skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must understand the brand requirements
- Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash
- Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
- Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
- Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media
- Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership

**Salary**: From ₹450,000.00 per year
