**Job Summary**:
The RMO will be responsible for providing medical care to patients as well as conducting clinical or preclinical research.

They should ensure compliance with NABH standards while participating in different stages of health service delivery improvement within the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Responsibilities**

a) Providing comprehensive medical services to patients both in the wards and outpatient departments.

b) Carrying out patient rounds, diagnosing illnesses, treating them, then formulating appropriate plans of managing patient care.

c) Ensuring multi-disciplinary approach toward management by working collaboratively with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds.

d) Monitoring how patients are responding to treatment and recording this information appropriately.

e) Proper record keeping about patients managed must be done while observing confidentiality of their personal data.

**2.Preclinical responsibilities**

a) Participating during planning phase up to implementation level by evaluating new treatments’ safety through pre-clinical studies alongside medical interventions’ efficacy.

b) Jointly designing protocols for laboratory - based investigations involving researchers within the same team.

c) Interpreting experimental findings obtained after analysis has been conducted followed by reporting such results together with making presentations about them too.

d) All activities carried out under this section need to comply fully with ethical principles as well as meeting regulatory requirements set forward for preclinical researches.

**3.NABH Compliance**

a) Performing all clinical practices according to NABH standards and guidelines.

b) Participating in both internal and external audits that are meant to check if NABH rules have been followed or not.

c) Making necessary changes based on what has been identified during an audit so as improve quality care provision system which will ensure patient safety is taken care of too. d) Staff training should be conducted where employees get enlightened about various protocols related with NABH.

**4.Research Responsibilities**

a) Involvement in clinical research activities like recruitment of patients, collecting data from them then analyzing it.

b) Writing proposals for researches followed by submitting them together with progress reports until final approval is granted by IRB (Institutional Review Board).

c) Publishing findings obtained after conducting investigations through journals which use peer review process before accepting manuscripts for publication. The same information can also be shared during conferences or seminars attended by experts within specific medical fields.

d) Updating oneself on recent developments made in respective areas of specialization through incorporation evidence based practice into routine patient management.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: BAMS, MD/MS would be an added advantage.

**Skills**:
i) Good clinical background combined with excellent diagnostic abilities are mandatory requirements for this post.

iii) Ability to work as a team player especially when operating multi-disciplinary environment is highly regarded since it foster joint effort aimed at achieving common goal which is quality care delivery system.

iv) Having adequate knowledge about record keeping methods used within medical field would also count in favor of an applicant because accurate documentation play key role monitoring patient’s progress throughout time spent under care provider’s supervision up to discharge time.

v) Individuals who are more inclined towards doing research should have analytical mindsets that enable them identify problems associated with certain conditions then come up appropriate solutions based on findings made during such studies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
