**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:
1. Ensure smooth operation of buses / cabs relating to the customer site on a day to day basis.

2. Maintain and manage all databases of vehicles, drivers, fuel, attendance, maintenance issues etc.

3. Ensure maintenance of vehicles in good running conditions.

4. Good and complete knowledge of all customers within his zone, the routes and the relevant contact points of the customers.

5. Prepare and manage every route roasters.

6. Ensure quite backup vehicles / drivers in case of any breakdown of the vehicles or absence of drivers to ensure seamless service to the customer.

7. Give attendance inputs to HR every month.

8. Provide necessary induction to the new drivers into the system on joining.

**ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
**ESSENTIAL**:Min 12th Pass or Graduate from any stream

**DESIRABLE**:Degree/Diploma in Travel and Tourism

**WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**

**ESSENTIAL**

3-5 yrs of experience in core Transport business

Good understanding of the route maps and the excellent routing skills

Proficient with MS office with excellent knowledge in MS Excel
