Loading Supervisor

**Loading Operations**:
Plan and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods efficiently.

Allocate resources and manpower to meet loading schedules.

Oversee the use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.

**Quality Control**:
Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.

Ensure that products are loaded and unloaded according to specifications and standards.

Address any discrepancies and report issues to management.

**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and loading activities.

Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Generate reports as required by management.

**Communication**:
Communicate effectively with team members, warehouse management, and other departments.

Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate loading schedules.

Address any communication gaps to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Problem-Solving**:
Quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during the loading process.

Collaborate with team members to find practical solutions to challenges.

Report major issues to higher management for resolution.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor and manage inventory levels during loading and unloading.

Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Unjha, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
