**RO Technician**

**Employment**: Full Time

**Salary**

₹10,000 - ₹25,000 + TA + DA + Incentives

**Education Qualification**

ITI or Equivalent in the corresponding Field.

**Experience**

2-5 Years

The RO Technician is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

- **Installation**: Install and maintain water treatment equipment at customer sites, in accordance with installation guidelines and regulatory requirements. Assemble and install equipment, including piping and electrical connections, ensuring that installations are completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- **Site Inspection and Training**: Conduct site surveys to determine equipment needs and installation requirements. Collecting relevant water samples to test and understand the requirements. Provide customer training on equipment operation and maintenance, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding equipment performance
- **Data Recording and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of installations and maintenance activities, and submit reports to the Manager.
- **Costing and Procurements**: Efficiently cost the requirements and give the accurate information on the cost of the product and services to the sales team in order to prepare the proposal to the client requirements.
- **Service Calls**:Regularly follow up the clients services dues and plan to attend the service call from the clients. Create and maintain the proper data on the services requirements for the customers.
