Ot Staffnurse

**Job Title**: OT Staff Nurse
**Location**: Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing operating rooms for surgeries.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients during surgery and assist with post-operative care.
- Maintain a sterile environment within the operating room.
- Administer medications and assist with patient assessment and monitoring.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families before and after surgery.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices in operating room nursing.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in an operating theatre setting.
- Valid nursing registration/license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and care.
