**Position Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Merchandiser Intern to join our team. The intern will play a vital role in managing the production and manufacturing processes of our Indian ethnic wear collections. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry and contribute to our brand's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating the production schedule and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Support the sourcing of fabrics and materials, maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand product specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production timelines, costs, and inventory levels.
- Assist in market research to identify trends and consumer preferences in Indian ethnic wear.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for team meetings.
- Participate in fittings and sample evaluations, providing feedback on designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of the fashion production process and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Passion for Indian fashion and a keen eye for trends.
