**Job Summary**: The Office Peon will provide essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. This role involves a variety of tasks including office maintenance, managing supplies, and assisting staff with their daily needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office cleaning and maintenance tasks, including keeping common areas, restrooms, and workspaces clean and organized.
- Deliver and collect documents, mail, and packages within the office or to external locations as needed.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including arranging seating and preparing necessary materials.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and replenishing supplies when necessary.
- Assist staff with carrying out various tasks such as moving equipment, setting up technology, and other duties as assigned.
- Provide support for office events and functions, including setup and cleanup.
- Ensure all office equipment is in working order and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to office policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an office support role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and lifting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with office procedures and safety protocols.
