In your role as Product Owner, you’ll become an expert in our product, analyze requirements and work closely with Product Managers and Agile dev teams. You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and collaborate on the execution of projects and programs that deliver value and support the organization’s initiatives.

**About you**:

- You have experience working on SAAS technology products
- You have a strong (technical \ engineering) understanding of SAAS to be able to liaise with engineering and architecture teams
- Articulate and amicable personality that will be part of a team and engage developers with the vision of the product
- Great communication skills and comfortable presenting technical topics to an audience, answering questions openly
- Flexibility to manage time zone differences with international teams
- Self-driven to achieve goals; high energy level is essential; strong, dedicated work ethic a must.
- Critical thinker and a problem solver, capable of working with ambiguity and with a strong sense for quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Work as the key liaison and bridge between product managers and development teams.
- Bring product information into discussions and act as adviser for specific technical product development requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs, relay progress, and resolve production issues during sprints.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the backlog based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
- Guide development teams to derive and define technical product requirements from business needs.
- Break down requirements into incremental value add deliverables such as epics and stories and document them.
- Perform feature validation to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Facilitate and understand engineering challenges to enable engineering teams to work as productively and efficiently as possible.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner on a SaaS product
- Experienced in partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products that are critical to growth, engagement, and retention
- Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies
- Experience in delivering B2B Enterprise-grade products an advantage
- Previous working knowledge in the PPM or PSA space is an advantage
