- **Plumbing Maintenance**: Maintain plumbing, fix leaks, clear blockages, and oversee water heaters.
- **STP/WTP**: Monitor sewage and water treatment, perform equipment maintenance, and adhere to regulations.
- **Swimming Pool Maintenance**: Ensure pool safety, water quality, and equipment servicing.
- **DG Maintenance**: Operate and maintain backup generators, perform tests, and respond to outages.
- **General Responsibilities**: Respond to maintenance requests, manage records, collaborate with others, follow safety protocols, and stay updated on industry practices.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
