Responsibilities:
Demonstrate leadership by guiding and mentoring junior sales staff in the shop.

Drive sales strategies and contribute to achieving ambitious revenue targets

Sales-driven mindset with a customer support-focused approach.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering personalized assistance and advice.

handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns

collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and customer satisfaction goals

meet or exceed sales target

maintain the visual appeal of the store by arranging displays

provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the product.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
