Shipment Officer

Should have knowledge sending Export Shipments.
- Making Export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Pro forma invoice, Tax Invoice, E -Way bill etc.)
- Communicate with international buyers about Payment and shipment status.
- Ensure timely process of export shipments and follow up of the shipment status with forwarder.
- Responsible for USD Payment acceptance in our Bank.
- Maintain Buyers Account with payment status.
- Good Knowledge of G.R release Process.
- Handling EFC Account and forward booking with our bank.
- Maintain export files in an organized system.
- Should have knowledge of Export refund (MEIS, RODTEP & IGST) etc.
