**Must Have**:
1. Should have flexibility to stay until 8 to 9 pm to attend project meeting.

2. Should have worked on Cloud Migration/Rewrite program.

3. Solid in STLC process including Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Estimation creation.

4. Strong experience with JIRA and test case writing and defect logging.

5. Should have excellent communication as the person will be communicating with the Client daily.

6. Ability to work with Automation Team to identify key scenarios to automate and find regression

**Nice to Have**:
7. Experience in Healthcare domain project

8. Ability to understand automation suite and execute automation test cases.

**Requirement**:

- 4-7 years of exp in - Functional Testing
- Basic exposure on Automation Testing (Selenium) - experience in working Agile Environment
- Great Communication and convincing power to make stakeholder understand the feature
- Highly confident and take ownership of the task given - proactive and self-motivated.
- Able to do risk analysis
- Creating test plans before any major Projects.
- Working with CRs and execution of the test cases and UAT as well
- Working with Automation Team to identify key scenarios to automate and find regression scenarios.
- Analyzing the risk and impact of the project features to the old features
