**Plant Maintenance and Quality Managing the manufacturing operations of plant by monitoring and implementations of the annual business planning, target setting and budgeting processes through leading a team.**

**Made suitable way in starting up the first lot of commercial production maintaining perfection in Quality against any new project.**

**Providing developmental inputs to the top management and to ensure the effective implementation of policies, processes and systems with respect to financial planning, human resource management.**

**Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guideline for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.**

**Adhere proper Quality regulation in controlling rejection of Incoming RM and PM reasonably. Making and implementing production plan, process plan w.r.t manpower allotment complying the production budget.**

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
