**_Position Overview _**:
**_Primary Responsibilities: _**:

- _Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. _
- _Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration between stakeholders. _
- _Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate issues. _
- _Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, timelines, and deliverables. _
- _Conduct regular status meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and ensure clarity on tasks and priorities. _
- _Collaborate with Product Owners /Project Owners to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria. _
- _Work closely with development teams to prioritize tasks, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements including backlog grooming and roadmap planning. _
- _Serve as the Scrum Manager, leading sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ensuring teams meet the sprint goals and objectives. _
- _Manage all agile ceremonies, the release process, coordinating with QA teams, deployment specialists, and stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches including JIRA maintenance. _

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**_Essential: _**:

- _Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field. _
- _Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management or related roles. _
- _Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. _
- _Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including negotiation skills, conflict management and context switching skills. _
- _Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Miro, Figma, Trello, Notion, etc. _
- _Knowledge of techniques for filling in the gaps in the Scrum approach on a need basis - e.g.: burndown techniques, multiple retrospective formats, bug triaging, PI planning, etc. _

**Desirable**:

- _Agile or Scrum Certification (CSP, PSM). _
- _Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. _
- _Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. _
