Job Responsibilities: IMOS Designer

1. IMOS Furniture Design: Utilize the IMOS software to create detailed 2D and 3D furniture and cabinetry designs based on client specifications and design briefs.

2. Production Planning: Collaborate with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet production requirements.

3. Automated Parts Generation: Generate accurate and comprehensive production-ready parts using IMOS, including precise material specifications, dimensions, and machining data.

4. CNC Integration: Interface with CNC machinery by generating machine-readable code for cutting and shaping furniture components with optimal precision and efficiency.

5. Nesting Optimization: Utilize IMOS nesting optimization algorithms to maximize material utilization and minimize waste during the production process.

6. Batch Processing: Organize and optimize production runs for batch processing, ensuring efficient manufacturing for multiple similar items.

7. Edge banding and Drilling Automation: Implement automation processes for edge banding and drilling operations to streamline production workflows.

8. Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process, verifying accuracy, and consistency of produced items against design specifications.

9. Library Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive furniture component library in the IMOS system, ensuring a diverse range of parts for future design projects.

10. Real-Time Visualization: Utilize IMOS's real-time 3D visualization capabilities to identify potential design or manufacturing issues and propose solutions before production begins.

11. Data Management: Manage and organize design data, production information, and material inventory using IMOS to track project progress and maintain accurate records.

12. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of products.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
