Duties & Responsibilities

Role is responsible for lead generation via process of identifying and cultivating potential customers for the profitability of the business. Leads may come from various sources or activities, for example, online enquiries, walk in, phone enquiry, referrals, mass media, out calling to name a few. The role is responsible for managing the clients (new and existing) by providing quality and consistent customer service at all times.
- Lead generation through various online media
- Identifying and cultivating potential customers
- Manage leads to achieve sustainable business
- Interact with the Overseas customers to effectively meet their needs
- Coordinate with different offices in India and UAE for different business activities of the overseas customers
- Coordinate various recruitment, and BPO activities
- Provide status updates to the customers as and when required
- Support in selling process with the overseas customer for Business development purpose
- Lead correspondence with the customer
- Coordinate customer Visit
- Ensure compliance of our company service delivery system

Job Specification
- Job knowledge: ethical exposure as CRE with international clients
- Initiative: to self-start generate a conducive environment for interaction
- Communication: Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Management skills: facilitate the business process by means and control

Education: Graduation with fluency English to manage the European Customers

Experience: Relevant experience as CRE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 3rd Floor Crown Tower, Trichur - 680001, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 5 total work: 2 years (preferred)
- CRE: 2 years (preferred)
