**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Proven Inside Sales Experience**: Demonstrate a successful track record in inside sales processes, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team to achieve collective goals.
- **Specialization in Card Sales and Loan Background**: Leverage expertise in card sales and loan processes to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Communication Skills**: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients and convey the value proposition effectively.
- **Convincing Skills**: Exhibit strong convincing abilities to turn leads into customers through persuasive communication.
- **Handling Pressure**: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment, meeting and exceeding targets consistently.
- **Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products/services and closing sales deals.
