**Client Support Associate**

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualifications: Graduate

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Salary Range**:14,000 to 23,000** per month

Shift: Rotational (Day & Night)

Handle both Inbound and Outbound calls efficiently

Provide excellent customer service in **Hindi and English**

Resolve customer queries and issues promptly

Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers

**Requirements**:

- **Proficient in Hindi and English (mandatory)**:

- Willingness to work in Rotational shifts (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented approach with a problem-solving attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per year
