Looking for TPA doctors ( General Medicine)

Experience: 5+ years post MBBS

Responsible for overall medical documentation related to TPA processes of the patients at various stages starting from preauthorization form till post discharge queries. TPA doctor will liaison with various specialty consultants to ensure quick and appropriate reverts to the TPA thereby reducing TAT and enhancing patient satisfaction with the process.
- Specific Job responsibilities

1. Available at the TPA desk and assist patients with the TPA form filling, completing all medical and expense details

2. Revert to all during-stay queries raised by various TPAs by liaison with specialty consultants. Visit floors to check patient files and update consultants

3. Revert to any discharge queries

4. Handle post-discharge queries by going through MRD files and replying to finance for expediting claim processing.
