**Job Description: Pre-Primary School Teacher**
**Position Overview**:
As a Pre-Primary School Teacher, you play a vital role in laying the foundation for young learners' educational journey. Your responsibilities encompass creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically. Through various activities and interactions, you facilitate their growth and instill a love for learning during their formative years.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development**:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and educational materials to meet the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
2. **Classroom Management**:
- Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and conducive learning environment.
- Manage classroom routines effectively, including transitions, group activities, and individual tasks.
- Foster positive behavior through consistent reinforcement of rules and expectations.
3. **Child Assessment**:
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep detailed records of individual students' development, including observations, work samples, and evaluations.
4. **Parent Communication**:
- Maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Provide opportunities for parental involvement through meetings, workshops, and events.
5. **Social and Emotional Development**:
- Promote social skills, cooperation, and conflict resolution among children through group activities, role-playing, and discussions.
- Support emotional development by creating a supportive and empathetic classroom environment.
6. **Individualized Instruction**:
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
- Provide additional support or enrichment activities as needed to ensure each child's success.
7. **Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall educational program and school community.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- State certification or licensure for early childhood education (if required).
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and educational theories.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
