**Responsibilities**:

- Lead hands-on workshops and training sessions to educate students on the construction, operation, and maintenance of aeromodels and drones.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to students, catering to varying skill levels and learning styles, to ensure their progress and mastery of concepts.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and innovation among students.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and flight simulations to impart practical skills in piloting and troubleshooting aerial vehicles.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and safety protocols in the aviation and drone sector to continually enhance teaching materials and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other instructors and industry professionals to organise guest lectures, field trips, and competitions to enrich the learning experience and showcase students' achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field is preferred. However, experience in RC flying and training on aeromodels and drones is paramount.
- Proven experience in teaching students of diverse backgrounds and age groups in aeromodel and drone construction and flying techniques.
- Strong understanding of aviation principles, including aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and meteorological factors influencing flight.
- Proficiency in designing and building aeromodels and drones, preferably with experience in utilising CAD software and 3D printing technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Passion for mentoring and inspiring students to pursue careers in the aviation and drone industry.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to tailor instruction to meet individual student needs and objectives.
- Knowledge of space-related topics and emerging trends in aerospace technology would be a distinct advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
