We are hiring **“Sales Executive ”**

Experience: 0-5Years

Salary Package: 15-25K/Month

Age Limit: 25-35Yrs

Work Location: Coimbatore

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement and Sales**:

- Customer Assistance:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products based on their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed information to customers to facilitate informed purchase decisions.
- Sales Target Achievement:

- Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Store Manager through effective selling techniques.

**Product Knowledge and Merchandising**:
1. Product Familiarity:

- Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of all products within your assigned floor area and assigned product category.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience.
- Merchandising Support:

- Ensure proper stocking and arrangement of products on the floor to maintain an organized and visually appealing display.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and merchandising team to implement promotional displays and seasonal layouts.

**Customer Service Excellence**:
1. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships with repeat customers by providing personalized service and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Post-Sales Support**:

- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales inquiries or concerns.
- Facilitate product exchanges or returns according to store policies.

**Team Collaboration and Reporting**:
1. Collaboration with Team Members:

- Coordinate with other sales executives and floor staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours or busy periods to ensure optimal customer service levels.
- Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of daily sales transactions and report sales figures to the Store Manager as required.
- Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences, trends, and product performance to contribute to strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in retail sales, preferably in the home needs product categories or furniture.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
