**i.** **Making daily at least 80 connected calls to students.**

**ii.** **Counsel students/parents about our courses.**

**iii.** **Making follow up calls.**

**iv.** **Maintaining calling report properly basing upon conversion ratio.**

Communication in English, Hindi and Odia should be good enough

Willingness to work hard & smart

Can smartly handle/deal with parents
