**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies such as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and other pertinent authorities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertaining to regulatory compliance efforts. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to regulatory agencies within specified deadlines.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential compliance risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them effectively. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement robust measures to uphold compliance standards across the organization.
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including legal, risk management, and operations, to implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures consistently.
- **External Communication**: Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory inquiries and communications. Respond promptly and professionally to requests for information and ensure transparent communication with regulatory authorities at all times.
- **Training and Awareness**: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee awareness of regulatory requirements and cultivate a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- **Monitoring and Auditing**: Conduct regular audits and monitoring activities to evaluate compliance levels and identify areas for improvement. Take swift action to address any instances of non-compliance and implement corrective measures as necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification in compliance or a relevant discipline preferred.
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in a similar regulatory compliance role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Thorough knowledge of banking regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and data protection laws.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
