**Job Summary**:
The School Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between administrative staff, teachers, students, and parents. This position requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking, managing school events, and coordinating various educational and administrative activities. The Coordinator ensures effective communication and collaboration within the school community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Coordination**:Coordinate with teachers to implement curriculum standards and educational programs.
Assist in scheduling classes, exams, and academic events.
Monitor and report on student academic performance.
**Event and Activity Management**:Organize and oversee school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, cultural events, and sports days.
Coordinate extracurricular activities and clubs.
Manage logistics for field trips and educational excursions.
**Administrative Support**:Assist in the development of school policies and procedures.
Maintain records of school operations, student files, and staff documentation.
Support budget management and procurement processes.
**Communication and Liaison**:Act as a liaison between school administration, teachers, parents, and students.
Communicate relevant information to all stakeholders effectively.
Address and resolve queries from parents and staff.
**Staff and Student Support**:Assist in staff development and training initiatives.
Provide support to students, particularly in areas of welfare and guidance.
Oversee student admissions and orientation processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in an educational or administrative role, preferably in a school setting.
- Familiarity with educational systems, policies, and regulations.
**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

- Proficient in the use of educational technology and administrative software.
**Reporting Relationship**:
- Reports to the Principal or Vice Principal.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- MHADA Colony, Ambernath (E), Amarnath, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
