Be Body wise started in May 2021, is an online women’s elective health platform, serving 1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor inventory levels on daily basis and ensure stock availability at all times across all warehouses and all SKUs with a target of 99.5% fill rate
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders(Revenue & category teams) to forecast demand
- Release weekly/monthly POs to serve the demand and coordinate with Procurement team to get PO delivered on time
- Track and publish weekly fill rates for Ecom and internal warehouse
- Measure, publish PO delivery compliance for each manufacturer and take preventive action to improve PO compliance
- Anticipate potential delays in supply and solve through advance planning
- Liasoning with business team for liquidation plan for non-moving and near expiry SKUs

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong data analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Preferable experience in supply/inventory planning in D2C brands
- Demonstrated high ownership
